Worst customer service ever experienced. An awful place to stay in khatoo. Overpriced, staff is so rude and arrogant, behaviour towards customers like they are doing some favour on us, starts bickering n fighting over the pettiest of things. Even the little hand washing soap was charged separately.

The hotel is nice. The property is worth the price you are paying but the staff specifically the receptionist is such a blunt and rude man who just fight over petty things and don’t stick to his words. I don’t know about others but yes we didn’t had a great experience with him. Else evething was good.

Only rooms are good , arrogant staff,after charging for rooms they fool charged us for bathing soap and mineral water , electric issue is there , free me bhi nahi rukna isme
