Taj Amer Jaipur

My inaugural visit to Taj Amer was exceptional. The hotel's location is somewhat distant from the city center. Check-in was expedited efficiently by Ms. Nikita and Ms. Priyanka at the reception desk, and we were promptly escorted to our room within ten minutes. The spacious room featured a tasteful design and included all necessary amenities and facilities. The generously sized bathroom offered separate bathing and toilet areas and was fully equipped. Lunch at the Shamiana restaurant was outstanding; Chef Rohit expertly catered to our needs, delighting our palates with exquisite Rajasthani cuisine. We enjoyed Laal Maas, Gatta Curry, Paneer-Papad Ki Curry, Kair-Sangri, Dal-Baati Churma, and other regional specialties, all impeccably prepared and flavorful. Dinner at the House of Ming was equally exceptional, with expertly crafted food and cocktails. The service staff demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage pairings.||Breakfast, a lavish spread served in the Shamiana, offered an extensive array of choices. However, due to the Sunday morning rush, service was somewhat slow. The terrace infinity pool was unfortunately unusable due to the cold weather. Checkout on Sunday afternoon was expedited, with Mr. Ritik processing our bill in just two minutes. Overall, our stay was exceptional, and I highly recommend this location for a tranquil family vacation away from the city's bustle.

Overall our experience was 10/10. Our baby (2.5 years) was well taken care of.All staff members were polite and where giving us more than expected attention. There was detailing in every aspect of our stay. |Sashi sir, Chandralekha mam, Shashthavi madam Harish, Anjali were exceptional. |Anjali made sure that our son gets cow milk daily.|Sashi sir ensured that we always had enough breakfast on the way for our son.He also gave us important tips on which other spots to see around.|Chandralekha provided us guidance on how to buy products in the local market.|Shashthavi made sure our elderly parents are always taken care of and are well informed. |All in all it was a great stay with no complaints.

The Taj Amer was the highlight of our time in Jaipur. The room was beautifully designed and kept exceptionally clean, and the hotel amenities were excellent. However, the Taj Amer stands out from other five-star hotels due to the staff dedicated to providing a personalised experience for their guests. For my birthday, they not only framed a picture of my partner and me to mark the occasion, but they helped my partner orchestrate a heartwarming surprise that exceeded both our expectations. A heartfelt thank you to Shashthavi, Priyanshi, Kunal, and Shahi for making our stay so incredibly special. We hope to return to the Taj Amer during our next visit to Jaipur!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff was courteous, and the overall ambiance was great. However, the location is a bit on the outer side of Jaipur, which might be inconvenient for some travelers. Also, all the rooms are non-smoking, so if you’re a smoker, you’ll need to step outside to the garden area. While this wasn’t an issue for me, it’s something to consider for others. Overall, a good experience!

Wonderful hotel. The New Year's Gala was very nice -- only comment it should not have been outside. Loved the Spa! Nice that it was away from the hustle and bustle of Jaipur during New Year's. Kids loved the puppet show and the traditional dance demonstration

The experience was good thou not the best. Expect better and bigger rooms also was expecting a resort like feeling which I did not experience. Thou on a positive side taj staff is always the most polite and service is always of the top level no complain about that. Will always remember my experiences at Taj agauda at Goa and Taj aravli at Udaipur same cannot be said about Taj Amer.

I had a wonderful stay. Harish and Lokesh provided excellent and very helpful service, always attending to my needs. I would highly recommend this place. The rooms are large and spacious and the service is top-notch. Once again, Harish and Lokesh made my entire trip. - Dhriti
