Super OYO Urban Ville

Rooms are good but service is very bad....booked through oyo for 3 adults in one room and hotel told us provide extra mattresses but didn't provide....also, power failure 2-3 times atleast for 30-35 minutes every time. Rooms were clean. Behavior of staff was good but due to bad experience 3 stars only.

poor Quality service, the staff is all uneducated, there is no negative rating otherwise I have given that . Don't even think about it .. worst experience

The hotel denied check-in even when the room was booked by us prior in advance. The person at reception was very rude and told us that they don't have any room available and if we have to report any issues then we can contact Oyo customer support. When we called Oyo customer support, no one responded after continuous calling of one hour. The hotels enrolled in Oyo rooms are really terrible and they do not care about guests What they care about is money. PS: Don't book this property and don't waste your time.

It's nice place with supportive staffs , fooding is not 24*7 but for a limited time. I don't know why tv was not there in room but after a request they put up the next day. That was little disturbing rest all is good it's near by airport but very far from city.

This a best budget hotel in Jagatpura location in entire Jaipur outer areas. 🤩 Best safety place for friends, families in Jaipur.

A very good and fine hotel with complementary breakfast, in a reasonable price. Very much satisfied with the cost of 450 rs and the service❤️😊 Special thanks to the team Oyo.

Good room but very poor maintenance, door lock,water Taps,Tubelites not working, Heap of Garbage outside room not cleared regularly Needs improvement in cleanliness.
