NillExtremely Unprofessional Staff and Management I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I was charged extra for early check-in, yet later they asked me to check out early. When I was just 10 minutes late for checkout, the manager spoke to me in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner, as if I owed them something. The staff’s behavior made it seem like they were dealing with illiterate or inexperienced guests, which is unacceptable. Despite charging extra, they lacked even basic amenities like handwash in the washroom. I have stayed in over 200 hotels across India and have never encountered such unprofessional and discourteous conduct. If the owner is reading this, I strongly urge you to hire and train staff who know how to speak respectfully and maintain proper hospitality standards. If you want, I can also make a slightly more impactful version that might catch more attention on Google Reviews. Would you like me to prepare that?

NillIf you are expecting meat and clean rooms with clean sheets and towels this is not the place . We had requested for towels and sheets without stain or dirt but the changed ones were no different . Only location is good . Rooms are just average

NillRubbish hotel. -- In pic, you see hotel, but the reality is, they own only top two floors(too noisy as you see there are shops down under, lots of music noise from GYM). -- No basic amenities, they charge for dental kit (double). -- Food timing mismatches. -- Not professional staff, no help in luggage. -- TV's are not working(only YouTube based i.e also not working). -- Washrooms are small. -- Breakfast/Dinner is ok. I am a traveller, and it's one of my OK-OK expericence, Please do direct call to desk, before booking.

NillEven basic amenities were not made available in the rooms like electric kettle and tea bad milk sachet etc. Even slippers were not available. Once you call for some item they will take atleast half an hour to respond. So service is bad. Were charged exorbitantly for extra mattress (Rs. 400 for one mattress set for one night). Moreover, during check-in manager was saying mattress' price is Rs 1000. They dont have any parking space. Hotel is on second floor onwards. Locality of hotel is congested. Hotel is not worth anything more than rs 1500/- per night per room.

NillWorst hotel for anyone to stay. My entire week was devastating with this hotel. 1. Absolutely no parking space. 2. No signs of cleanliness, not even in the passageways (let's not even talk about the rooms) 3. They will ask you to give your room keys for them to clean your rooms while you're out, but all they do is to just rearrange things. 4. They don't have bedsheets or blanket covers. I found out that they were not changing it, so when I confronted the cleaning staff, they mentioned that it's all they got. 5. They provide 1 bottle of water for even 1 person or 2 people living in a room. 6. Talking about the amenities, this hotel will even fail to provide you daily toiletries. You will end up asking them daily, but it's really upto them if they wanna provide it to you or not. 7. The worst part is that when you will be checking out, they will ask you to come to the reception desk and provide a good star rating and will force you to write good comments or else they will not let you check out.

NillMy stay at Myriad Inn was truly delightful. The hotel was impeccably maintained, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere. A special mention to the receptionist, who was exceptionally polite and helpful. Overall, everything about the experience was top-notch❤️
