OYO Regal Stay

I recently booked this hotel via Agoda and my friend booked a room for himself via OYO. For both of us the rooms were not provided owing to "No Rooms Available with the property", even when our booking was confirmed by both the travel operators with booking amount fully paid in advance. Upon contacting the customer care, the property owner informs them that the property is closed and hence rooms cannot be provided. The ground reality was different. The property had rooms but they were only giving to people arriving at their counters. After talking to customer support and property owner for two hours, we were eventually not provided any room and were either asked to pay another Rs.1100 at the counter or look out for another hotel. Please do not book this hotel else you shall face similar struggles.

Very bad experience. No facilities. Even room was provided lower than the category booked. No power back up. No lights since morning, used a dark bathroom with mobile torch. No kitchen in hotel.
