Worst hotel wid worst manager..They don't provide key of d room and also no free water. Bedsheets and pillow are very very smelly and stinky..No hygiene and very poor management... Plz avoid this hotel if u can

3rd class rooms with a freak (sanki) owner. I booked AC room owner cut electricity deliberately during night at 2 AM. Behave like a mentally disturbed person.. Did not provide water botal, soap, bathroom sleeper. There was a room with full of mosquitoes and cockroaches. Please never go in this hotel..

Dirty and unhygienic rooms, I was completely tired when I reached the hotel and needed some rest therefore opted to stay even after checking the room condition with hope that I just need to be here for 6 hours but that was a bad decision. The bed was dirty and uncomfortable. Not recommended, don't make your trip ruined by choosing this room.

*Do not book CITY PALACE, Trishal Road* This hotel is the worst one I have ever stayed at. The staff is terrible, especially the front desk person who were rude and indifferent. I visited with my family, but they showed no consideration for our needs. The rooms are of extremely poor quality, with broken AC, bathroom taps and beds infested with bugs. Due to the unsatisfactory conditions and the disrespectful treatment with my family. I strongly advise anyone planning to visit Chandigarh to avoid City Palace on Trishal Road. The landlord, who wears a wig, proved to be untrustworthy and only focused on making money rather than providing quality service. This review reflects my personal experience, and I encourage you to make your decision wisely when choosing accommodations for a peaceful stay.
