Hotel Black Diamond

Very bad hotel with arrogant staff. Demand more money whenever you do check-in. Manager was also not cooperative. such a bad experience.

Never book from oyo app it is just a waste I had book the room when I went to the hotel person straight away denied it saying they don't go with the app bookings when I asked him what is the reason for it they mentioned that the price mentioned on app are very cheap and that is why if someone comes with booking from app they provide them with the room because it affects their earning.

Hotel is doing great Fraud. I booked this hotel via OYO paying online. When I reached hotel, they denied check-in for obvious reason that I booked it for low price on OYO. If their room prices are really high why don't they put actual amount on OYO during booking. They should not demand extra money at check in counter. I travelled for 300 km to reach this hotel and was left to search for another hotel in an unknown city. I was very tired and OYO also could not help much as there were no hotel nearby in that budget. Finally after 2 hours of struggling, arguing with OYO customer care , making multiple calls, I got a room in nearby hotel at high price. Very bad experience

This hotel was cheating passengers. You have given me room rent 647/- but hotel staff collected 1000 for room rent minimum 999. They denies to give bill also. It was worrest behaviour of staff. This Hotel was cheating me with help of you

Don't book room here. They are cheaters. They will ask extra money from you if you will book hotel from online website. Rooms are nasty and foul smell will be felt. Don't option for them
