HOTEL CLASSIC ZIRAKPUR /Best affordable and comfortable rooms

Stayed in room no 301 Room floor was clean Bedsheet was bit dirty but they changed it instantly They provided extra mattress for my little kid at no cost. Only problem in my room was a lot of noise coming from traffic on road but it's not there fault Decent hotel for one night stay Parking and food is available although I have not tried food here Electric kettle Bucket Working TV and AC Towel and soap that's all was provided in the room

I wish I had an option to give minus rating. Just disgusting. Light was very dim and few very not working at all. They allowed people to smoke as a result all rooms and corridors were smelling. Constant power cuts and above all no geyser🥲 this was by far the worst stay in my entire life

AVOID THIS HOTEL.VERY UNSAFE FOR GIRLS” I stayed in this hotel. Please avoid this hotel. The hotel staff switched off the lights and tried to enter the room 10-15 times. Even after asking who is knocking, he did not replied. He kept on trying to enter. The room lights were not switched on even after requesting for half an hour and the telephone connections were also disrupted. Also, the staff was least apologetic when confronted.Also they charged us twice as my father paid during booking and they charged me too saying there were no payments made. The staff had very bad intentions. We request everyone kindly avoid this hotel at any cost.These kind of hotels should be banned.

They have a quite spacious area. And also staff is kind towards all customers and their satisfaction is first preference they look for. I really like their way of welcoming customers. Greenery through plants and fresh ambience is superb. Just need to add little bit of modern furnishings!

Excellent hotel service me and my friend were both canadians and were having a hard time finding a good hotel in the middle of the night. The staff was well educated and even helped us get some midnight munchies and going beyond there limits. 100 percent a win win situation for a customer.

Got the room here few minutes ago. I was heading to my destination. My car tyre got punctured nd had no clue what to do. Saw this hotel here and talk to the Manager Mr Parveen. I'm really thankful to him. It's hard for girls to stay alone in a hotel.Thanks to him. He showed me how everything is under cctv and Shielded. God bless!
