Poor customer service. There was no one to even pick and drop the , while check in and check out. Exhaust of washroom not working. Rooms wasn't broomed and swept well.

Worst experience I have ever had till now……hotel rooms were very unhygienic and they even don’t provide basic facilities……all the rooms are without windows….staff was very unprofessional….linen was dirty basically it smelled like shitt……..don’t just book this hotel because you will see nice photos that too are fake. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Totally not recommended for stay. Kindly avoid this place. Bad service only the one star for that guy Himachli manager who talks sweetly and is very cooperative.

Like the hotel room. Service of staff. But there is no kitchen in this hotel, you have manage food from outside. Washroom is clean, neat. All fixtures was new. Good time spend there.

Rooms of that hotel are good but not good enough to stay long time. Services of that hotel is very worse. Talking way of receptionist women extremely poor.
