OYO Hotel Starwood

Asked room service for room AC not working properly, room service person gave a solution that you can checked-out. Very rude behaviour with the guests. Ridiculous hotel, manager doesn't know how to manage, receptionist was drunk not able to understand anything, cheap people.

Staff was polite. Its more like a homestay. I am giving this rating just on behalf of the staff and onwer's behaviours.Otherwise it doesn't even worth 1. For girls it's not a place to stay. rooms are clean on third floor. I got a room which was smelling to the hell. I was unable to stay even for a sec. Later in the evening, on request they provided other room which was having proper ventilation. There were ants, lizards crawling over the walls.

Hotel is situated at right location with a pretty good ambiance. Hotel follows covid protocols and cleanliness is on point. Staff were also nice people. Complimentary breakfast was decen. Overall it was a nice experience with treebo.

- Rooms were really shabby - Toilet was not so clean - Bedsheets were really dirty - Comforter sheets were really old and used up - No towels and toiletries were provided. Now why 2 star well because owner was understanding to get the bedsheets and comforters replaced with new one's, bathrooms and room cleaned after we told we cannot even step in to the room like this. Not something which someone expected to see when visiting a hotel.

This is the worst hotel I have come across considering I am frequent traveler and I am used to the subtle problems faced by the customers. But this hotel has forgone any limits that the industry had of bad behavior and service. Over my 3 days of stay not once did the housekeeping clean my room and change bedsheets; let alone themselves taking an initiative, even after repeated request there was no action. To my disgust, I found a used condom under my sheets which apparently is very normal and has nothing to do with the staff’s ignorance. It has the most arrogant staff ever and it might seem a stretch, but the public toilets are way cleaner than what these people offer. Contrary to what they present themselves as, the hotel staff is not at all welcoming rather, they threatened us of throwing out our stuff if we even ask them for something they are supposed to provide us undeniably. OYO should start regulating their associations, this no way to promote a hotel and then withdraw from all the promises you make based on your reputation with other renowned hotels. Renowned is a very far off word, this hotel is a shame. If I could I would give negative rating to this hotel and get it shut forever and save the future customers from the traumatic experience I had.

Worst hotel stay in my life.. no water supply in room. Arranged water myself from lower floor. Blankets were all wet , arranged my personal blanket to sleep. Thanks to my wife she packed extra blanket with us.. No proper room service man available. Please avoid stay if you want peaceful stay
