Wyndham Chandigarh Mohali

First the good part: The hotel is relatively new and looks good. Rooms are spacious. But that’s about it. The quality of staff, the service is below average. The house phone in the room doesn’t work, the plug points in the room, the kettle in the room, nothing works and electricity goes every 20 mins. To add to that there was hair on the bathroom floor from the previous guest perhaps. And my check out took over an hour to get done. One of the most dysfunctional hotels I’ve stayed at. I really hope they get their act together soon.

Our wedding at The Mohali Club was nothing short of magical! A big thanks to Himani from sales team for closing the deal in smooth manner and assisting us until our group checked out. Extremely professional service offered by Himani. Thanks to Rajinder, Ram and Ishaan from the reservation team ensuring that our guests didnt have to wait for room allocation. The average wait time for our guests was 1 min which is imaculate. Thanks to Simranjeet and Balli from F&B for their professional services. Thanks to The Dew Company for magical decor and perfect event planning, thank you Sakshi and Sneha. Their dedicated team went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. From the stunning venue to the impeccable service, they truly made our dream wedding come to life. The food was exquisite, the staff was attentive, and the overall experience was unforgettable. We highly recommend The Mohali Club for anyone planning a residential wedding!

An excellent property. Well worth the somewhat higher than average price point. My room was comfortable and well-maintained. Breakfast was fantastic. The gym was wonderful. Staff were friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that my choices when it came to AC seemed to be either "off" or "really cold." At least I could fill up the room with "really cold" before bedtime and leave it off all night.

Nice property with all weather pool facility..Quick check in ...... Loved their amenities, awesome food , breakfast buffet spread was awesome with many varieties of food options available. Nice service by restaurant staff also. KUDOS 👏

Our experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish! I made a reservation for a celebration dinner, and Gaurav went above and beyond to secure us a fantastic spot for our party of 23. The ambiance was wonderful, and Nishant took exceptional care of us throughout the evening, making sure everything ran smoothly. The service was flawless and incredibly attentive. The food was outstanding—each dish was a hit with our group. Huge compliments to the kitchen staff for delivering such delicious flavors and beautifully presented meals. This place is a must-visit! Highly recommend it for any special occasion. Thank you for making our celebration unforgettable!

I stayed here for a conference in Chandigarh. The hotel facilities themselves are fairly basic - there is a coffee shop in the lobby and a bar and restaurant in a separate block. All three are fine, but unexceptional in every respect.||The rooms, however, are very spacious and well-appointed, with a large bathroom and all the usual amenities. The bed is large and super comfortable. The TV has a zillion channels, but almost no international channels like BBC or CNN. The free broadband was fast, so stream a movie on your laptop!||The main drawback with the hotel is that it is miles away from other facilities, like shops and restaurants. It is in a quiet residential area, with apartments all around under construction. It is quite a long way from Chandigarh - 30 minutes+ by taxi. It was fine for the conference, as most of the delegates were staying in the hotel and all the conference meals were also in the hotel, but I wouldn't recommend it for tourists visiting the city.

Bandana and Suhani was so lovely and pleasant at the hotel for breakfast. Bandana was friendly and helpful. She made sure we had a good experience. The Singh sardars who helped with my suitcases was also very helpful.

I had an amazing stay at Wyndham The staff were good and attentive, always ready to help with a smile and dharamvir is also good. The room was spotless and cozy, making it feel like a true getaway. Every detail was taken care of, from the comfortable bed to the thoughtful amenities highly recommend this hotel.
