I must say the staff other than the main person is very much cooperative and helpful, especially the person who gives night duty on reception. He is really a gentleman.. The rates are too high for the rooms due to many reasons, a lot need to be improved

Misbehaviour of Staff!! Don't book through online platforms. They misbehave with guests who come through advance booking with discounts. They served us cold soup after 1 hour of wait time then served saltless fish for which we complained and they said it's fine. On replacement of the dish they presented "raw fish in besan " no marination. We also ordered pizza which they didn't serve till 1 .5 hours. We 5 people were totally hungry . We asked for pizza so waiter said the order was not made and we decided to pay the bill so immediately they brought pizza . Waiters are liars here not in there senses . Very poor management. Once guest's enter they specifically ask if there is booking through dine out or not and behave accordingly. Pathetic
