FabHotel HC Dream Majestic

Dirt everywhere. Used linen with dirt and food stain visible in linen. Room and toilet floor with mud. Booked through fabhotel and the picture they shared was totally different from reality. Strangest thing ever happened is key was not given. They have restaurant and do room service. And food was good. Room is good for this budget if maintained well.

Please avoid booking this hotel at all costs! It was the worst experience I've ever had. I made a reservation through Goibibo with advance payment, but when I arrived at the hotel around 1:30 AM, they claimed they had no available rooms. They refused to accommodate us, behaved rudely, and acted like thugs. The hotel owner ignored my calls, and the manager was the most unprofessional person I've ever encountered. This place is a scam—beware!

One of the worst experiences I had ever experienced. Customer service was terrible, after collecting advance they didn’t answer the phone. Fab hotel made arrangements for early check in and hotel manager totally ignored. Manager was asking for extra money.

Please dont book this hotel!!!!! Worst Hotel Ever! I booked a hotel thru goibibo with advance payment and when i arrieved to the hotel they said we dont have room. We arrieved at 1:30 Am night. They didnt give us room and misbehaved with us. They are goons they are very big scammers. Even the hotel owner was not picking up my call that time. Manager is the worst guy i have ever seen.

Stay away from this hotel!!! There were 7 power out only to this hotel during our short stay for the night, so the AC didnt work and we woke up because of the heat. Of course our phones didn't charged, the rooms were dirty and there were no hot water in the shower. Overall this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Worst experience ever. I am really disappointed with MMT service and as well as hotel service because there is no board name Fab hotel so customer can recognise its really hard to find even if its on road and this hotel is in under construction and there is no electricity backup also the washroom is really dirty with bad smell and the TV remote is not working and they didn’t provide me room key. I booked Room from MMT app they write fake information over MMT and I impressed with this information because I didn't knew the reality of this hotel until unless I visited and spend 1hour. The receptionist totally uneducated and unprofessional she doesn't know how to deal with customer. There is electricity backup issue also because you need to wait for electricity as they told me yesterday wait for electricity. After waited around 1hour I decided I just want to leave then I went to receptionist and asked for my refund as they mentioned on MMT if our service is not fulfilled basic requirement then we will refund but she said you didn't pay to us because you payed over MMT ask to them for refund. I contacted to MMT support team they said hotel receptionist ask for proof but I already filled support form with 3 photograph and its didn't saved into my phone gallery because I clicked from an Make My trip app. At the end they didn't refund my amount and I wasted my money. please don't go there if you really take care of yourself.
