Pathetic service there lift is not even working if it is working door won’t close in first go… this is very uncomfortable they even want older people to use stairs this is stupiddddd

Im very upset about your management. i have told you to decorate a table of 2 on valentines day around 5 pm but it was not done by 6:30 pm, so lazy people, i recommend to everone not to join this banquet to celebrate your special movements as they will ruin your day. Thanks.

Its one of the worst hotel, I have stayed in life, I stayed from 11th to 16th feb due to attend a wedding ceremony in Patiala. The people a very nice of this hotel but the location is that its under a gymnasium. You cannot sleep and take rest. It look as if the roof will break down and fall. Its a horrible feeling. I complained but of no use. Never ever book or stay in this hotel. Hotel mgt should remove the gym

Crafted beer and Non veg platter were the items which were ordered. Beer was good, not excellent. Service was very good, however I was a little late there, only one hour before their closing time then also the service was very good.

One can experience ostentatious, elegant, bright, authentic and aristocratic environment. Very attractive ambiance which includes exceptional lighting and soft music with dj floor. This place is a bit costlier with regard to the quantity ordered. One may subject to pay heavy price here of the same food items which are available in the periphery of this place. They were serving crispy fried noodles with every meal as usual and expected but to our disappointment and dissatisfaction, they were rancid (not crispy/awful taste). Services provided were good but expensive. We ordered usual starters. Drinks and alcohol were also available. This place is located on 1st floor. Lift is available at doorstep.

Great ambience. Live music was too loud for important family dinner,we had to struggle a lot for normal conversation. Most of the items were unavailable from the bar menu. Food and services were good.
