This is a non AC room I have been staying in this room for three days... TV and Wi-Fi network is good but not include breakfast....

Worst hotel..booked through MMT (make my trip), Owner said that You booked single bed room for 2 people, so I have to upgrade the room and have to pay extra money to Hotel owner. Even Mmt helpline will not help you in this case, they are in the favor of Property Owner. Worst stay ever, Please Stay safe. Visit another hotel !

Looking at the earlier ratings this hotel might have been good during times of yore (pun intended) but now it's pathetic. Beware they might send good pics of the rooms to you, old ones and then when you visit you'd see the bad condition. Dirty rooms, shady people living, drunk assistants who'd never wake up, Hygiene thrown out of the park. Advice, stay away.

I had a chat with manager regarding availability of room before reaching the place, but upon reaching all the rooms were full. Also the manager and caretaker had no coordination. Usually rooms are used by couples here so they give rooms whenever the rooms gets free. Cleanliness of the place was average judging by the looks of reception and some rooms. Overall won't recommend to family person or someone who takes care of hygiene a lot.

The house keeping service is poor also the room shown online is not same as the picture . They do not provide good room at low cost ...the bathroom is too small that one person cannot bath properly

Very easily accessible, near to patiala Railway Station and road. Many dhabas and restaurants are also available nearby. Only 1km away from Gurudwara Shri Dukhniwaran Sahib, Patiala. Affordable and peaceful place. Staff is very polite and friendly. Do stay here when you visit Patiala. 😊

Location: near bus stand and railway station, so convenient. Market is nearby. But is in a low lying area near the hotel gets filled with water. Rooms: not optimum. Not painted. No mirrors. Doors not proper. Washrooms are leaky. Overall dingy. But spacious. Staff: they wake up late so breakfast is always late. Best part is that the staff is very friendly and helpful. Value for money: I had to stay there as a necessity. Better hotels are available nearby. But I would've been fine if the price was lower. Could've stayed at a better place instead of this one for the same amount.
