Super OYO Blossom Inn

Terrible experience. The hotel environment was unsafe, with disruptive behavior from other guests involving inappropriate activities. Definitely not suitable for families. I have previously booked the room, but when i reached there they asked for extra money. I don't had another option so i had to pay. Also the Room smells very bad.

Blossom inn is amazingly beautiful with a very soothing interior and also a very eco --friendly with a warm hospitality. A beautiful place to relax and makes us feel -at -home. i had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfil our needs. And also not forgetting to mention about the management, who are very pleasing. As a whole i had a very good time there and would surely like to visit there again.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. I was impressed with the cleanliness of my room and the level of customer service I received during my stay. The location was also convenient, within walking distance to the GT market and surrounded by several restaurants. I found the price reasonable but they didn't provide air conditioning which was stated on the application.

Its not a hotel. Its a kind of lodge where rooms have been created using cardboards. Not at all recommended due to the following issues. 1. Bedbugs, cockroaches and smell from the bed will not let you sleep. 2. No geyser, No TV, No wifi. Don't even think of these as there lack of many basic things. The so called hotel should provide at least a bed with clean bedsheet, and a person with good behavior at the reception.

If you book you room form Oyo at a specific price then also they ask for more money. I have booked a room and then they are saying give more money to book the room other vise u can't stay haree. And they are asking for double of price for their rooms Staf was not that much good don't go for this . They have to improved every thing how to manage the coustomer and all and they don't have to ask for more money after we have booked it form the Oyo. Don't go their there is more options also near this hotel . Thankyou

Please refrain from Booking online in this Hotel. I Booked the hotel through OYO helpline number and had paid the asked amount for an AC room online only. After I reached the place, they asked for 400rupees more else they wouldn't provide an AC room. I called OYO and for almost 30-40 minutes I was on call with 02 Oyo executives and finally they said that they'll be refunding the amount!!! I was shocked. I had travelled almost 250 kms to the place at night for an exam the very next day early morning. This incident tensed me up very much. Please do no trust OYO or any of these hotels. Moreover, these hotels and nearby ones were very untidy. I finally arranged to book an AC hotel for 700₹ and that too was not broomed well, the bathroom was unclean and the AC was working average. The staffs at almost all the hotels behaved rudely. Do not expect good behaviour from them. I would suggest in case you're visiting this place for exam or any reasons, book hotel only after you've reached and have been through the room of the hotel. Then only pay.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with lots of luggage and despite the stairs this was one of the nicest places we stayed in in Patiala.
