Hotel Ajuba Residency

Rooms need maintenance. Appliances need to be checked and fixed. No tea or coffee self-help pouches are available. They serve tea or coffee in the rooms only after 7:30 am. Linen is not changed regularly. Housekeeping can be much better.

Visited there first time. Good ambience and interior decoration. Rest lies with the person who books it for any function. More the payment, more the facilities. I have not assessed about the Catering facilities, whether these are provided by the owners as a package or outside catering agencies. Overall impression about Hotel is Good.

Visited for official purpose but Hotel staff behavior is very rude. Not recommended. I paid room charges and take room for rest. But very uncomfortable stay because the DJ was making a lot of noise all night. Many times called to your staff but every time negative response.

I mean which hotel doesn’t provide you with water and a kettle , even in a deluxe room ! AC — not working properly 🙄 worst experience till date 👎

Hotel Ajuba Residency and Grand Ajuba Banquet Hall both are one and the same. This is one of the best marriage palaces in Patiala in my view. I can't say anything about before and after but today when I visited the decoration was very nice. And the other thing that I liked very much is their security guards. He had very polite and courteous behavior in the car parking. The rest of the food depends on the catering, sometimes it can be good and sometimes it can be bad. I hope the information given by me will be good for you.
