Great value for money and the staff is very experienced & well behaved. Always found on toes to serve u better. I recommend the best budget hotel in Patiala to stay.

Very dirty. not clean. Bad location. Uncooperative staff.They served food in very dirty tray. Hairs on the bed every where. Small insects. There was termites on the entry door. Hotel is situated ajucent to railway track. U wont be able to sleep whole night. Metteresse were very very uncomfortable. Got backache. At 11 pm i asked for an extra blanket which they refused saying service is closed now.

We made a direct reservation in the hotel for two nights. Apparently their front view rooms has an extra charge because of the view even though the two windows in the room were filmed! Breakfast was served in the room itself as their was no dining area. There was shower gel in the container kept for the same. There was no kettle in the room despite it being shown in the pictures. It was an average stay. The staff was good though and prompt and helpful in responding to any requests.

It is located on the road which connects Railway Station and Railway Colony. It is right at the entrance of the Railway Colony. It is a newly built hotel with an ample amount of parking space in front.

I booked this hotel online with breakfast and stay a night there when I checked in they told me breakfast will be given after 8Am in the morning, I request the receptionist for early breakfast as I have a train to board but he denied then other guy there told me we will give tea and toast I said ok. Then in the morning at 7 they didn't answer my call that was pathetic. Location is 2.3 km far from station but it is totally outskirts of the main city. Room was small but it was clean,had dinner food was ok ok but service was very slow. Overall it was ok. Suggestion - need to improve there hospitality.

The rooms are good but the location is a little away from the main city area but you can get an auto from near the hotel. It's near the patiala railway station and there's no shops around and quite dark at night since there's no street light. But the hotel provides good food with reasonable prices though some items were charged more than the price listed in the menu. Overall the people are very nice and helpful in Patiala.
