Pleasant stay with quick check-in and helpful staff. The hotel’s café served tasty coffee and snacks. Rooms were well-maintained and quiet, ensuring restful nights. Would stay again for sure.

I had been eagerly awaiting the opening of the new Park Hotel in the Royal City of Patiala, and while the property holds great promise, my experience was unfortunately disappointing. Upon arrival, we were not greeted or offered any assistance, and it took some time before we were attended to. We were also declined a tour of the property, which was a bit surprising. The bar area had an unpleasant odor, which detracted from the overall experience, and we were not allowed to sit outside, even though the weather was pleasant. We ordered several dishes, including the Raan, risotto, Paneer, vegetarian Galouti, along with four cocktails. The food did not meet expectations, and was served cold. Additionally, the cocktails were delayed by about 20-25 minutes, and when we requested a change to one of the drinks, we were informed that it couldn’t be done as the order had already been placed, despite the fact that the drinks hadn’t arrived yet. The service felt quite impersonal, as we were handed an iPad to place our orders for six people, which lacked a personal touch. While the ambience and lighting were beautiful, the overall experience, including the food quality and service, left much to be desired. With so much potential, I sincerely hope the hotel can improve these aspects for future guests.
