It was my worst experience in chandigarh ever. Rooms were full of stink and mold. Everywhere was seepage. Sheets were dirty and full of body hair. We immediately changed our stay. Would not recommend this hotel even to my mother in law. 😂😂😂

Best service ever.. I have been to a few of such hotels and stayed but haven't come through such a great one everr!! Clean room.. spacious... THE MAIN CREDITS OF THE HOTEL IS ITS STAFFS.. ALL OF THE STAFFS WERE GENEROUS AND POLITE.. went extra miles to be helpful and fullfil the demands.. they were fulfilling all our demands without a single phew..! STRONGLY SUGGESTED...

Worst staff support... The guy name Sakib who deals on the reception during day was very ill mannered and rude . Cleanliness is zero . They trap you by telling less charge and at the time of checkout they literally charge as per their wish and misbehaved with their customers.

I stayed here for about five days as i came for a vacation and was searching for a hotel that is reasonable on price and have accommodations nearby. It is around Chandigarh,named as naya gaon. Everything is quite near from this hotel like sector 15 patel market is about 4kms from here and sukhna lake rock garden is also about the same distance from here. So I had a good deal here i.e 1000-1200 for ac rooms for a day but i had a talk with them and they offered the price that i asked for i.e 4500 for 5 days AC rooms (Before payment they let us check the room too) for 2 person. During our stay they frequently came for changing and cleaning of the room and service ia quite good and room servicing is available till 10:30pm. You can order from outside as well like swiggy ,zomato etc. And they let the delivery guy to come outside your room directly. Other things i want to mention is that parking is very spacious and you feel safe to park it there. They too have generators for electricity purposes. The receptionist is friendly and provided me all the stuff that i needed during my stay like sleepers, plates, glasses etc. So I had a quite good experience here and will recommend to go through this property as well.

I would've given zero (0) reviews but google doesnt allow this...... Worst hotel i've ever been to..staffs are ill mannered.owner thinks he is the don of the hotel society whatever it is. I would never recommend anyone to stay here...room service is worst..my 8k scotch was half finished by their cleaning staffs...no slippers and accessories in the washroom. This hotel should be banned in my view.😡🤬

👎👎👎The worst hotel i have ever been in... The staff were mannerless...even the owner's response was so rude...unhygenic room.... No soap, shampoo, or even slippers in room... U cant have even normal conversations... The staffs get disturbed by ur normal conversation....they may enter ur room any time without knocking on door.... The worst experience i have ever experinced in my entire travel history... The responsible authority should take action against these type of hotels...hugely disappointed 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎never ever stay in this hotel

We stayed for 2 days and it was overall a nice experience. The guy Sukhbir Singh at the reception was very helpful and supportive. The location of the hotel is at the main road and just near the Gurudwara so it was very feasible to get the auto from that place.
