I recently stayed at this hotel for two weeks, and I had an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Neetu at the front desk was exceptionally helpful, ensuring that check-in was smooth and offering great local recommendations. Aman, one of the bartenders, was always cheerful and ready to assist with any orders, making the experience even more enjoyable. Mani, the sky bar attendant, was always helpful to us and made the nights exceptional even letting us play our own music to as we felt at home. The housekeeping staff kept my room spotless and always went the extra mile to ensure my comfort. Om, in the bar/restaurant, provided top-notch service with a friendly demeanor, making each meal/drink a pleasant experience. He was truly the special character of all making our family feel welcomed each night we visited. His service he provides is next to none and we felt like he became a friend rather than just an employee at the hotel, Thank you a lot! The hotel's facilities were great, and the service throughout my stay was impeccable. It's rare to encounter such a dedicated and friendly team, and these individuals truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!

Ok 🆗 Hotel. Nothing too special to mention about. They need to work on a lot of areas. May be because of location there's not much footfall and because of that there's lack of interest or enthusiasm in satisfying the customer. Though Reception was quite responsive and would help on call. Each and every facility in the room should be in working condition and fixed if damaged/not working well as in my case some were.

It's the best hotel, the staff is also very nice and the location is fantastic. The perfect place to sit in a bar, good rooms with awesome services. Everything we order is always delicious. I really like the semi private dining area at spicy restaurants as it is suitable for small family gatherings.

Stayed for 2 weeks . Service and staff are amazing and really go out of way for you . Special thanks up Anu , Neetu and Mukesh . Main issue is rooms are not sound proofed and more than one of our family had to complain to reception about noise from adjacent rooms . We could hear loud voices , tv and this disrupted our sleep more than once . Walls are paper thin . There are almost always parties or wedding receptions so early nights not a good idea . Food was beyond amazing . We were in a large group with elderly family members and they were always happy with the food . Bars are also lovely however please do do not let kids run around in what should be an adult area . Location is great .

I have always loved the food here. Everything we order is always tasty 😍 I really like the semi private dining area in Spicy restaurant, as it is suitable to host small family gatherings like birthdays and alike. The staff is also kind and helpful.

The Continent Hotel has a rooftop restaurant called Papa Whisky. I went there to have my dinner with a friend. The ambiance was perfect for a night out with friends. The menu offered a variety of options, including veg and non-veg dishes. The food was delicious and well presented. Staff was friendly, but it took them some time to serve our meals. Overall, I recommend this to anyone looking for a memorable rooftop dining experience.

Excellent hotel for people not needing to stay around Jalandhar.|Good clean accommodation and facilities although a little musty in the corridor. Some staff could do with a bit more training but not Khlevir Singh on Front Office who went the extra mile to help out and sort little niggles for us - top man !||Should have a written menu though for breakfast options to make availability and choosing clearer. And sort out the mustiness which detracts from an otherwise very good hotel.|Will stay again.
