Pathetic hotel , Rooms and washrooms were not even clean washrooms were so slippery that my wife had slipped in the washroom and got her hand fractured. And then we went to the hospital and got plastered in which we got an hour late back to the hotel around1:30 then we checked out and he charged me the price of half day . He took 1100 from me extra the behaviour of the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional and he was mannerless and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone never ever visit here guys this hotel is pathetic. Mark my words never .

Worst experience the managing director He threatened me that he will break the glass of my car and the way of talking is very rude when I park it in the shade !! OVERALL THE EXPERIENCE IS VERY BAD

This hotel was excellent, so well maintained its quite old hotel but still rooms were very nicely maintained and the whole property is very efficiently managed. Hotel is quite good looking and check in was easy room tariff was very low and room was very nice. Good in space, well built rooms, nicely cleaned and well serviced by very efficient staff of the hotel. I had a relaxing stay and enjoyed the hotel's food and the historic places of this city; it’s a very nice hotel.|| Was this useful? Was this useful?||

The hotel is old but well maintained and has almost all amenities. This is located on GT road itself. The staff was very cooperative and accommodative. If you have your own vehicle, i recommend staying at this place.

the hotel is nicely built but its a bit old now. food is okay but there are many options nearby which are much better. overall quality is nice and the staff is helpful. its a decent hotel and can be tried.

It very shocking that the Director of Hotel Samrat Moga controls all the fans and air conditioning, he remove the "plug" of my room air condition and demand me to pay RPS 300.00 more if I want to use the air condition in mid march 2022 He charge 1800.0 per night without air conditioning, he switch the fans "off" when you are not in the room He will access to your room without your permission He became very aggressive towards me as he claims that he has direct links with the Punjab Police No more respect for after my last stay in February and march 2022, moreover food price are very high Just be careful, this hotel is use for "short term" illegal activities Very bad experience

Had a good stay for three days and felt worthy. The small non veg restaurant nearby samrat which made our dinner a memorable one.
