OYO 18810 Hotel Noor Mahal

I regret booking my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the experience was a letdown. The front desk staff was rude and seemed disinterested in helping guests. The room itself was in terrible condition—stains on the carpet, broken furniture, and a musty smell that never went away. The bathroom was barely usable with cracked tiles and poor water pressure. I tried to reach out to staff for assistance, but they were unresponsive. For the price I paid, I expected far better. I will definitely not be returning and would advise others to look elsewhere.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. First of all, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. When I arrived, no one greeted me or offered any assistance with my luggage. I also had issues with the room — it was not clean, and the bathroom was in poor condition with mold in the corners. The bed was uncomfortable, and the noise from the hallway kept me up all night. I expected much better service and facilities for the price I paid. I won’t be staying here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I doubt if this Hotel was initially planned in the construction of the structure. Had stayed in this hotel for 2 nights & will share my honest & netural observations. Positives: 1. Located in the main market. - Hotel is strategically located i.e. in the centre of the main market & hence everything in the near by premises is easily accessible. 2. Rooms are spacious. Negatives. 1. There are no lifts. - Guest travelling with heavy luggage will face a lot of issues. Reaching upto the reception desk itself would be a challange. 2. AC's can be either switched ON & OFF. No option of controlling the temperatures. 3. Most of the rooms are having no natural light & ventilation. Hence the room stinks after a day's use. Overall its an ok place. Singles who are travelling here for official purpose can take a break here for a day or two. Families travelling with heavy luggage can look for better options though.

A real good and feel at home hotel. More cleaner than competitors. And very fairly priced. Plus have some great other attractions in very close proximity, like Godhey wala Chhapar is about 1 and half kilometer from there, then there is reagal theatre to watch movies, Geeta Bhavan is not far from there. So total in all it is a good place to stay . There is no lift to take you upstairs so you use stairs but that is not a big deal considering other good stuff. And it is only three stories so no big hassle. It is in the middle of town.

The Owner doesn't know how to talk. Police keep raiding the hotel frequently with snifer dogs. There is no hospitality sense in the staff as well as the managers. People book rooms for a night and it's very normal for them. There is no arrangement for a seperate key. They just use a single master key. Managers go peeing in different room which are booked by guests. Really frustrated with the service and really regretting my decision to book this hotel.
