Rude behavior thru reception man + extra charges + service not good + toilet is not clean and flash is not properly work

One of the worst hotel I have been yet. Today i only stayed on this hotel and found that staff of the hotel don't have manners to talk to someone specially with ladies. About food , lowest quality of food, my stomach got upset after eating their food, unhygienic and unhealthy. They only know how to make money from the customer. They don't provide proper bills. Guyz don't prefer this hotel. Worst Hotel of whole punjab. Unhappy with services and behaviour of all staff.

I book room in Ghai Hotel and they charge ₹1000 per 24 hours. Hotel located in centre of the city and you can easy find cab 24 hours on this location. Hotel is clear, room are okay, AC working fine but no room heater, hot water is working fine, staff is also okay (not much great). Overall if you need a budget hotel on heart of the Ludhiana city then you can go with this hotel.

Services not good, service staffs not good, foods/snacks/milk/tea...... having two types of list rates. They changed for 100ml milk rs 50/- each glass 100 ml or a little more. They having another chat for RS 20/- per glass. So overall service not found satisfactory.

Location is perfect for travellers close to Railway station and taxi stand,in central location just 200 meters far from Ghanta ghar and chaura bazar,Rooms are ok well cleaned with clean washrooms.

Very rude owner. They are not helpful to their customers. Once you pay money. You won't find them with anything. Don't prefer to stay here. Very bad locality. People shouting outside all night.

Cleanliness, Room service and staff behavior was good. But Geezer was not working in room and food was provided in diposable which was hard to handle.
