The Elegance

This is very new property (only a few months), and obviously linen and room cleanliness are satisfactory but these days no hotel can be expected to have rooms and entire floor renting without WiFi. We stayed 3 nights and I talked even to the hotel manager to resolve the issue but till last day they couldn’t restore the WiFi. It was pathetic. I had important online meetings and had to consume my whole mobile data. This was sincerely unacceptable and unique experience for a TripAdvisor reviewer of several hotels.
