Saffron Residence Near NHS Hospital Kapurthala Road Jalandhar

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. I don't recommend this hotel at all if u are with ur family. For solo trip it was ok. The Lenin & Toilets are very stinky & Dirty. No proper staff is there to help u out. We were rushed towards hotel's Third class restaurant called Quality ( which is bakwas at all) for our water and other stuff. I have requested them for foods, they said they don't have cooked food in restaurant as there is less number of customers. Thank God Zomato & Swiggy is there for Food delivery. It is on kapurthala Road. Their own quality dhaba is on his last legs. No offtfall of the customers. Even they didn't bother at all. Their owner Sardar ji is always complaining about the bad condition of road. Even the dust come in the rooms also. All the matters are torned. Even electricity problem is there. Power fluctuations creats problem for us. The whole night was a nightmare for us. Because AC cooling was not there. All the Lights are with sensor, if u open the door and walk into the lobby it is automatically on & off respectively. Even though all the fans are remote operated. But rooms are very dirty & even they did not get broomed at all. Bakwaas Hotel hai.. Please don't come here to stay. Worst OYO listed property.
