Stopped here for the baarat that the wedding party had put together. They put us in a waiting room where we were able to drink Thums Up and wait for the rest of the baarat to arrive. There was unfortunately only a single occupancy bathroom in the lobby so the wait times were longer than I'd like for it to be. All in all, a comfortable stop.

Rude behaviour on reception like grumpy 16 yr old children. Rooms are good but customer service really demotivated me not to come here again. Owner should check on staff and give proper training on how to talk to customers.

Rooms were not good, it was stinking and we had to requet for room freshner, which didnt help. Quality of Mattress was not good, it was bent from middle. we requested change of room and new room was close to kitchen. Whole night there was loud sounds coming from kitchen. Staff was good.

This doesn't look like photos, feels very shady. People are not professional, I paid money at the hotel while checking in, Had done an online booking through Agoda. But They didn't do my checkin through Agoda without telling me. Literally, I walked in and saw the room and checked out in sometime. There was garbage lying next to my room and it was stinking.

2.5 km from jalandhar railway station. Worst service I had ever seen.

First of all mostly room has no window, second thing hot water not come in Washroom, having issue of AC in room and charging point not proper. Staff is good but hotel service worst. They charge 100 rs extra for breakfast and in the name of breakfast they give only toast and tea and they will not give before 9 am. They take 1400 amount with breakfast including gst and in the bill they show 1300 amount and when ask for remain 100 rs bill they denied or say extra gst charge for food bill. In sort not stay in this hotel.
