The room was terrible, the walls were stained the TV didn't turn on, the bathroom door wasn't closing properly, there was no geezer in the bathroom, and even the tap didn't turn on. The location was decent.

Very bad room There was parking too near our room so we are disturbed full day. The bed was also broken, like a native. The window was also broken, in which the whole side was visible. All in all my time and money was wasted.

Note : Reply of Room attendant was not upto the mark. I booked a room for the night stay. It looks great inside as well as outside situated on prominent location. Everything was going ok but I was shocked by the unprofessional response of room attendant. He simply denied the request for replacement of shabby bedsheet. Hopefully, Maybe they correct their undue service next time.

One of the best place to stay in Jalandhar. Staff is so humble and helpful and they have the most decent food which is best for the travellers. I would stay here when ever I will visit again.

The first morning we had an unexpected breakfast delivered to our room, we didn't request this and staff barged in and placed it on the table. When we explained we didn't want it, the staff said we ordered it and had to pay for it! After arguing with the staff, they eventually took it away. Staff members are also very loud all throughout the day. The second morning we were woken up at 7am and again at 8am by staff to check whether our room had hot water. Staff would barge into the room very often without knocking. Only upside was the location. There was no hot water for 2 days, the first day they told us the geiser had been switched off and it would be available in the morning. In the morning they said they were having issues so they brought a bulb with a plug to heat up the bucket of water. Avoid!

The rooms that they offer vs the rooms that they display on the website are a bit different but manageable. The location of the hotel is good and there is a main market nearby. They have parking available
