My self Kumar I was staying in your hotel it was good experience . Rooms was good and ur food also tasty . Mostly important is hotel staff is very helpful . They given me good service . |Housekeeping staff given me neet and clean service room was maintained very nice. And front office staff is great 👍 and very helpful. Room service staff also good they are given me good service in restaurant and Room also .|Entertainer hotel staff is very cooperative . |I wass recommend to my relatives also come and stay in ur hotel . |Thanks you so much Maya hotel team.

I had booked a suite and here is my first hand experience. Being an old property this hotel recieves stable business but as a tourist my experience was terrible. And you will experience the same - just read on. 1. Visited hotel 20 min before my partner and i was not allowed to enter my room, no courtesy, no one showed a warm gesture toward sitting area. I was dead tired. But this is very forgivable. Read on. 2. Had booked one of their best suite. But no hot water there. Infact in their bathtub the water was not even flowing. Precisely told 3 times on call, once face to face but no help. We gave up. We never had hot water in room. Sadly we had already paid for 2 days so we had to bear. 3. During checkout, i asked for help with luggage. No one came for 20 mins. I asked again. End- Carried my own bags. I was really hurt. I told the reception and he hears it and said sorry, but watches me carry my bags as i help myself out. This was most hurtful thing. 4. Through reception, had asked for a paper bag to carry some extra stuff. Reminded second time as no one came. Finally a staff came with *plastic wrap*. I told him i didnt need it so best he can do is help me carry my luggage please. He refused, saying he followes orders through reception. He left. 5. Oh their wifi. It worked 5 hrs after check in. Precisely reported2 times on call, once face to face. Each Time a surprise reaction was coming but no one came to help. Even a gesture to come and see whats wrong would have been good. But i found all the staff to be lacking a human touch A lot more has happened but ive already taken pain to write a page long review. What was supposed to be a celebration turned disaster for me. And one of the most painful highlight is how every single ( really every single) time we entered our room our card failed. I have a feeling the guy in the reception will not let my written review reach the manager. So ive taken to google review. As a very frequent traveller, I suggest readers to go for any other hotel but this.

Hey I m Mr.Kumar I stayed in your hotel I felt very happy as I was staying in my on house.your entire staff as alot your service has been very good specially ur reception staff is very understanding . Mr . Rohit Varma has given me a very big and nice room as I wanted and also he is talked to me very respectfully . I really like that Mr Rohit Varma behaviour . So thanks a lots Mr Rohit . Good stay. Location os also midile of city and easly accessible. One fine dine restro called bliss is just near also that gives you the test of punjab. Recommended.

It is a very nice hotel because I had gone there with my family last month and the atmosphere there was very good. The staff was very good and the rooms were also cleaned and Mr. Rohit Verma's talking way was very good and polite. I had a very good experience with my family. thanks Rohit Ji.

Stay was good . Very corporate staff . Room cleaning was good , food also tasty and good presentation . Mostly Reception staff is very good they are very helpful . If i have face any problem they are short out very fast .|One of your hotel reception staff Mr .Rohit Verma he is very corporate and helpfull. So mostly I fell that i am staying like home .|So thanks Mr . Rohit and Maya hotel team .|Thanks a lots . |God bless you all
