OYO Hotel Ranvir Prime

My mother father recently booked a room here and they had a pathetic stay, they were allotted dirty room and used towels were given in the rooms. Staff is not very friendly to talk and the photos shown on the page while booking is fake and rooms are not as per what it is shown. Not even clean and no water in the toilet.

Horrible experience. Bedsheets, pillow cover and duvet were so dirty that I couldn't sleep at night, when I reached. Plates and spoon were dirty. Tea was served in a plastic jug. Phone in the room was not working. Washroom was small and stinky. No handahower. Not value for money. Disappointed.

We had to stay for a night with family and we booked this hotel ... dirty bedding and yucky washroom it has.. the manager said we cannot allow to use another room toilet. We have same toilets in hotel.. the dustbin that was there had garbage in it with several used condoms. Seems the dustbin was not cleaned since days... early morning when we were to check out around 8am we asked for tea which was also like the tea that was served had a mosquito in it... which shows that they do not use clean crockery in kitchen... we immediately left the tea then and there and moved out.|Pathetic response and services are there.. and when you complain they show themselves as poor helpless people. They do not even apologise or improve on that. I would never suggest this hotel to anyone.

The entrance is good and the rooms are clean. The hotel is marked 2 star. Provides basic toiletries and is a good choice when in Jalandhar. Food is ok too. Has nice area of reception. It has a nice parking space too.

Worst hotel in bad condition not well decorated and in reality it is totally different as shown on photos posted by the hotel. No keys were provided by the hotel

Stayed there on Saturday night, when visited Jalandhar for a marriage.||||We were 4 people and booked 2 rooms, I have stayed there long back and revisited after a long time.||||Hotel is really very nice at this budget range. Nice location. Calm hotel with ample parking.||||Rooms are but small but Ok. Services are very prompt. Attitude of staff is very very nice.||||Good buy for budget travellers. Each room costed us less than 1000.

Staff is helpful but bedsheet,blanket, pillows are dirty they don’t clean properly. they don’t give you towels in the room until you call them and towels are similar to map. Restrooms are ok this hotel needs improvement. And you have to call them for breakfast they don’t have breakfast buffet in the Reastuarant.

It is a has been property. Maintenance is poor. Flush not working. Shower not working (knowingly). Intercom not working. Imagine being given such a room in an empty hotel. What would be the condition of other rooms.
