Mariton Hotel, Jalandhar

A greathotel with polite and friendly staff. We stayed there for 2 weeks and the service from the front desk through to the resturant was outstanding. Simran on reception attended to our every need and Ranjit in the restaurant was always ready to explain the menu choices and respond to any special needs. Overall, the hotel is one of the best in Jalandhar.

Stayed here for three nights in October during a visit to Punjab. The hotel is nicely located with spacious rooms. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Breakfast menu with good choice. The room was well equipped and comfortable. I would visit this hotel again in the future and recommend this hotel to fellow visitors.

Most pathetic stay in the hotel if you are looking for comfort. This hotel is place for weddings and parties, music plays loud till 12am. The room walls were shaking and the staff plays deaf ears. Be careful and do check if they have any social events planned (which are there on daily basis). The quality of breakfast was equally bad and most of the stuff was cold.

went for dinner with family. first impression was the last impression that staff was not co-operative. asked to wait outside the restaurant and no sitting space was provided. when we were going to order food, we asked for the booklet provided by the Mariton Hotel, service person was so rude that he straight away refused to avail the coupons. on asking why are you refusing us to avail coupons, he straight away denied that we didn't issue the booklet. what a reply i got from him. I asked to turn on AC atleast 3 times but they didn't turn on AC. Regarding Service, snacks were bought but no mint sauce and ketchup was provided. tissues were provided as these are made of gold. overall, it was pathetic visiting. I was planning to celebrate my daughter's birthday but after experiencing such service and behaviour, I cancelled the plan so that i don't want to feel ashamed in front of my relatives.

Nice bathrooms are small but rooms are big and staff is very polite great experience would love to come back again. Beds are super comfy my room and some music coming in they very nicely changed the rooms when I asked them to. Overall a great stay.

Located on GT road near Jalandhar Cantt Railway station outskirts from city, many mall & resorts are nearby.||Very well maintained rooms and staff is also friendly, stayed for a day only over all recommended to stay while travelling to Jalandhar

I stayed here for 2 nights(room-308) and checking out tomorrow 1Dec, The room where dirty when I check-in, I went to reception and was shown a photo of the dirty floor and bed, it's a second day and still nobody has come to clean, The rooms were not sound proof I heard loud music until midnight 01.30 AM from the wedding gathering, on arrival there was no menuQR to order food, and I called twice to get that menuQR which was missing in the room, ordered poha for my breakfast, it was microwave heated poha and not freshly made.

It was very good service. Our company went to conduct a seminar here of Immigration purposes and the hotels provided us a very good service. Thanks!
