OYO 30370 R K Guest House

I booked a classic room in R K guest house through OYO whose original cost was 1032/- but I got a discount from OYO and booked room on 722/- including all taxes. I reached hotel for check in at 10:00pm in night but the owner at reception said if you have paid rent to OYO online then he cannot give room or if room is booked through OYO but rent is not paid yet then cancel booking through OYO and then book again at reception offline. The reason given by him was that OYO has not paid his share of money from 4-5 months and so 1.5 lakhs are pending from OYO side. Another thing room was not even average. Pictures posted from hotel side is not 100% correct. it is somewhat looks like that but not that beautiful. Regarding cleanliness , room cleanliness was ok but bathroom was dirty, dustbin in bathroom was filled with cigrates, other packets and plastic garbages, no bucket and mugs available in bathroom. When I asked owner to give a mug atleast , his reply was not acceptable, he said I don't love customers who come for one day, if a customer has to stay for 10-15 days then it is sensible to arrange such facilities for him/her. Facilities stated by OYO - 1. TV 2. Geaser 3. Free WiFi 4. AC Etc facilities in real - 1. No TV 2.no geaser 3. No WiFi 4. AC available but not that much cooling. 5. No bucket and, mugs One thing I liked was the breakfast , it was aloo pratha and was normal like home made. Otherwise it was worst experience. I am a site engineer mostly remain in travel so I have visited many hotels from low budget to high budget throughout India, I have never given reviews on any hotel but this time I got forced to give review so that you should not be cheated like me by false reviews and pictures on net. Hotel person should have polite behaviour towards customer then it feels good even if hotel is dirty and lack facilities but here that politeness was missing so i felt bad.

No doubt place is so good but no facilities are provided to driver in each oyo oriented hotels, I don't know what is thoughts of these companies about drivers companies are hiring only just rupees of 800,for there employee or whatever,they don't think even about that guy who will take them hither tither, I am writing bcoz i am suffering,an want to bring in kind notice of others,have a great day
