OYO Gilco Green Motel

The behaviour of the staff is very rude, specially the receptionist, and the room prices increase twice in a month. I went there twice in a month and on both the occasions the prices kept going higher and higher. When I show the bill, I am told if you want to buy it, take it, otherwise get out of here.

My room was good but it was lacking some important things. Bathroom tap was broken. I had to take bath in another bathroom. Towels were not very clean. Complimentary breakfast was not available before 8.30. In the morning hours when I was doing shave, power went off for nearly five minutes and it was completely dark. Generator back up was not functioning properly.

I spent 5 days there with my family. They have very poor management, seems like few friends are running the hotel. I planned to change the hotel after first day but due to some personal reasons i had to stay there. On first day when i complained the lady sitting in the morning and asked her who is the manager of the hotel, she bluntly said he the manager (who was sitting in front of him). when i told him the problems he said OKAY OKAY thats it... last day i got to know he was not the manager someone else was the manager. The lady who sit in the morning is so arrogant and not supportive...she does not care for the customers (my personal review, could be different for other).... No essential kit was provided for the guests. In single word choose different property else you will regret later. Thanks, Sumit

The hotel staff was very cooperative. The rooms were very specious. For winters they also have centralized heating mechanism which I liked very much. Food and services are again good.

Good budget hotel having about 20 rooms in the heart of jalandhar city. Provides food in rooms only. Li.ited parking space in front of hotel. Rest managed. Has lift.

An amazing hotel/motel to stay at. Very well maintained rooms. Cleanliness was up to mark. All the basic facilities like Lift, Air conditioning, Tv, Wi-Fi, Electric Kettle etc were provided n were working properly. Support staff was very cooperative. Staying here is worth it. I would prefer to come n stay here if n when required.

Good hotel and room. No in-house kitchen. Swiggy and other food apps don't supply food in this location. But nearby good open chicken dhaba available with really good taste and very economical prices and great service. Balle balle
