FabHotel Purple Regency

Had a good stay at PURPLE REGENCY HOTEL & SPA. The rooms are nicely decorated and cosy. There were complaints except the food. The free wifi speed was good and parking was ample enough for around five cars. The AC was working too. Will recommend it to others.

The worst hotel one could imagine. Absolutely no service. There's no power back up. There was no electricity for the whole night. Water is also intermittently available. The TV does not function properly. They do not clean the room everyday. There is no manager. A total of 2-3 staff who manage everything

The room was ok. But, there are many negatives about the hotel. To name a few, No arrangement for tea in the room, linen was dirty, room was not cleaned, floor unkempt, no sleepers for bath room, there is no dining hall, complementary breakfast was an eyewash, wi fi pass word given by reception wrong, no help extended for booking a cab because Ola or uber rarely respond near this property. Highly unprofessional people handling the property. Overall, a pathetic experience, disgusting. Will never recommend this one to anyone.

Most third graded stay. Rooms were suffocating. Staffs were ill mannered, they behave as they dont know anything. Check out time is 11 am but they make you hurry from 10:30 am. They dont even give a grace. Food quality very poor. I will request all who are going to visit with family please dont go. No toiletries, untidy washroom. No proper ventilation. Waste of money.

The hotel is located in Zikarpur which is about 10 kilometers away from Chandigarh. Rooms are neat and clean. I don't think they are as good as how they have described them to be in the photos they have posted. All the rooms are on 1st and 2nd floor whereas the entry is on the ground floor. It was not as fabulous as i thought it would be but i would say it was a nice experience. Staff is very cooperative and somewhat quick. You can get cabs to travel to nearby cities from where the hotel is located which is good. But if you are visiting Chandigarh you should try to find a good hotel in Chandigarh itself because sometimes the cab fare is way to high. I didn't try the food so i don't know how the food tastes but there are a few restraunts next to the hotel so you have many options to choose from.

This Fab hotel online reservation show u facility of room with 1 double bed & 1 single bed with three persons occupancy but they give only 1 duble bed & gives a floor mattress for 3rd person which is so irritating. They charge for this type of room as they are giving 2 bed in tripal occupancy . Hotel interior is nice, but hot water geyser facility is not good, we don't get proper hot water for bath.

Room was okish... Cudve been much better as it's on the 1st floor and there is no lift... Bed mattress was kinda hard... Only 1 water bottle was provided (generally 2 are)... Breakfast was not buffet rather there was an option to select one out of (bread omelette, poori bhaji, Aalu Parantha and upma) and one out of (milk - plain / corn flakes / oats, veg sandwich, tea/coffee and 1 other that I don't remember)... I wud e preferred a buffet but quality of breakfast was good... Their way of attending was not very great but okish... Overall just a fair experience and ok for a night stay... Will prefer to visit somewhere else next time...

Extremely good place to stay !! Clean rooms and clean bathrooms !! Prompt service !! Well behaved staff !! Amazing food specially the aloo paratha and chicken curry !! Very warm people who served us !! Would recommend my friends!!
