Hotel West End View

Very Disappointing Stay 😞 This hotel is not good for families. The rooms are not clean, service is slow, and staff behaviour is unprofessional. Overall, it’s not a comfortable or unsafe place for family stay. I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. The service was extremely poor, bathroom door was locked at night 1:00 AM, basic issues in the room were never fixed till 2AM . The room was not clean, the AC was not working properly, and the bathroom had drainage block issues. Towels and bedsheets looked used. Housekeeping was delayed, it was not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or pleasant stay.

Had an amazing stay at West and View. The rooms were clean and comfortable, food was delicious, and the staff was extremely polite and helpful specially Mr Vijay Sir. Excellent location with beautiful views and great facilities. Highly recommended for a perfect and relaxing stay.

No hot water facility in bathroom poor service Never had this kind of experience in hotel it’s a total waste of money never come to this place again.

The property is highly accessible on shimla zirakpur highway ,rooms are well maintained clean ,no foul smell or insects ,staff is courteous ,overall a good experience. Would definitely recommend for families.
