OYO 3131 HOTEL BR IN is amazingly beautiful with a very soothing interior and a warm hospitality. I had a great experience during my stay there.The food served there is very delicious. And also not forgetting to mention about the management, who are very pleasing. As a whole i had a very good time there and would surely like to visit there again

Beautifull from inside. The party hall is just sufficient for gathering of around 30-40 people providing music system,decoration and great service..must say.The food is also great in taste. Nice place for smal gatheriengs and birthday parties kind of things.

It is located on Highway ...newly started but not properly maintained... Their staff is not well managed. Room Ok just check before allocation...I shifted 2 rooms because one room didn't have AC remote n wasn't working properly . Food is good as Motimahal deluxe restaurant is attached . Overall good and budget hotel .

It was an amazing experience there as the food is toothsome and the staff is really welcoming and cooperative. The ambience is also really impressive for clicking nice pictures. ||A must visit place, one should definitely check this out.

I had a clean room with good Bad. Bathroom was ok nothing special. No wifi available. No breakfast possibility so that we had breakfast in the Restaurant next to the hotel which was a catastrophe. If u need just a bed for a night this hotel can be a good Adress for u. As i had a look in other room they didnt Seem so clean as mine was so i was lucky. All in all ihren Would recommend this hotel as a possibility to sleep one night in bathinda but Not more

We had Teachers day party here. Good service Excellent food nice ambience. Short I will visit again... And also I would like to thank my management (Mount litera zee school) that they select you... I had lots of fun here.. Thank you

We were there for Teachers'Day party...we liked the ambience there. Food was yumm... hygiene was highly taken care of. Above all , staff was very humble and cooperative , very polite too. Hope to have more gatherings there soon....

Highly unprofessional bihari speaking staff in punjab. No clue about hospitality. Hotel owner has left hotel at the peril of these boys. ||Check-in: Reluctance in shifting luggage to hotel first floor. No scanner/photo copier to save copy of my ID. Tries to keep my documents overnight. On protesting, takes a photo. Smelly rooms with whitewash peeling off. ||Room: A/c, bed linen fine. No water, no toiletaries, no towels. Had to run again till reception. No kettle, no tea maker. TV fine. ||In-room dining: food ordered. Food arrives after one hour. Order changed without informing. Serves in steel plates & bowls. Qty is miniscule. On enquiry, accepts that food came from dhaba. But incidentally, rates are of in-room dining menu. No bill & refusal to take payment on card at 0530 hrs next morning. ||Check out: Did not drop luggage till car, says bell boy sleeping. Aah... One guy sleeping in hotel entrance. Staff tells my wife to wake him up or jump over with luggage. But he does not buzz(incidentally, the guy was sleeping on floor with hotel linen on the floor). Finally, i have to shout at these scoundrels as it crossed limits. ||Summary : hotel had broken room latches, staff without uniform & IDs with no office equipment & no kitchen. Hotel refused to serve any thing even on payment at 5:45 am. Staff is migrant labour, eho come to hotel for dlerping by night in hotel lobby. Highly unsafe for women travellers. Booked through OYO app. Shame OYO
