Bad experience. Left my Apple earphones in the Room. When called they simply denied and replied indifferently. Awkward for the customer in today's world where a number of options are there.

The hotel was beautifully tidy and spotless, which I really appreciated. However, I was a little disappointed with the service. My room was quite warm, and I feel it would have been a thoughtful touch to have the air conditioning on prior to guest arrivals, especially considering my pre-existing reservation. The weather outside was a scorching 34c and unfortunately, the bar fridge was off and empty, with no water or refreshments provided. I've been travelling all over Punjab and the price I paid for this room had me hoping for a little bit more. Nonetheless, I must commend the cleanliness of the room and the property, they were quite impeccable.

All good but Restaurent staff Mr Roban is poor in customer / Guest dealing . Rude behavior and unprofessional . Visiting this hotel for last 4 years . But it has deteriorated because of such kind of staff . Use room only . Food is costly than any other hotel

If I'm ever going to Bathinda again, this is the hotel I totally prefer. For a budget hotel, the services they provide are of high value! What I appreciate the most is that while I was on the way and was at least 7 hours away, the owner got a room booked for me in advance on request, so that when I with my family reach there, the check in and setting down for the night becomes easy. When we reached the city, there was a guard already provided to help with navigation, parking was done by them and so was cleaning the following morning. Check in was good, room was hygienic, room service staff was really good and so was the food. Plus the complimentary buffet for the morning was a big help. And all of this at a good price, what else could I ask for. Added to this, location is also nice. I really appreciate coming here.

Very decent hotel for a solo stay. The staffs are really good. They are upfront and honest if there are any issues I'm the hotel. There is lot to choose from the dinning options. Room upgrade since th booked room was not available, no fuss about it. The receptionist was good and helpful.

The hotel was very awesome. We stayed here for 2 nights for marriage function of our friend. And it was very good experience there. At top floor they have huge space where ring ceremony was organised with decent crowd and great catering service. The rooms were neat and clean and was lavish. Rooms were having T.V., mini fridge, study table, small sofa set. The bathroom was also clean having shower with hot/cold options.

Just OK, nothing special. Rooms as well bathrooms are very small, service needs to improve very very much, however service staff is good, The front desk people need to be more polite, should have courtesy in your actions. The room which i provide was to small so, I requested to change my room and shift in to some spacious room as I have to do exercise in morning. But they didn't respond. As per my experience ( as I travel a I travel a lot ) I think you can get better options in the price which I paid.
