I had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel and truly feel that my money was wasted. The staff were unprofessional, rude, and extremely difficult to deal with throughout my stay. The overall service was unacceptable, and the management clearly needs to improve how they treat their guests. What made the experience even worse was that some of our belongings went missing from the room, and no one at the hotel was willing to take responsibility or properly address the issue. This was extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable.I honestly don’t understand how this place continues to operate with such poor standards. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Advice to other travelers: Please think twice before booking here. Save your time, money, and peace of mind by choosing another place.

I recently stayed at your property and had a very comfortable and pleasant experience. I would especially like to mention Sonia, who was extremely helpful throughout my stay. She was polite, supportive, and always ready to assist whenever needed. Her friendly attitude made my stay even better. Thank you for the great service. I look forward to visiting again.

The experience in this hotel was worst. People were not cooperative and they stole our jewellery from our suitcase. Do not book them they are not good service provider
