Not preferrable at all. They dont stick to words. Booked a hotel for a day and asked for extension which they agreed.. Left our baggage . Came back to hotel at 10pm and asked for room. They said its full no room available. Have to run around with my age old parents to get new accomodation. Un professional behaviour, rude and abnoxious. Not expected atleast with parents. U get more hotels around which are traveller friendly who treat guests well. Dont ever book this hotel.
