There were 3 power cuts inbetween our 4 noght stay. Staff is very polite. Room is a bit conjested but worth the prize... Good wifi... Small TV and Hot water also available in the room...

I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel. My family and I stayed from September 5th to September 7th, and our experience was an absolute nightmare from the moment I entered the room. The smell was the first thing that hit me—a foul odor that seemed to be coming from the bed sheets, which were visibly dirty and stained. The bathroom was even worse; the toilet had a persistent, unpleasant smell and the flush was not working properly. To make matters worse, there was no running water, so I couldn't even use the toilet. The lack of basic hygiene was appalling. I found multiple cockroaches in the room, crawling on the walls and floors. Despite my repeated calls to the front desk, the service was nonexistent. I asked for help with the toilet, the lack of water, and the cleanliness issues, but no action was ever taken. What's more, the owner of this establishment is untrustworthy. Every time I raised an issue, I was met with excuses and empty promises. My entire experience was a frustrating cycle of being lied to and ignored. I checked out as soon as I could and would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere.

Rooms are very conjusted here and there is no proper ventilation in the room and whole hotel. Service is poor. Lack of employees. They didn't even had emergency disposable plates and spoons.

It's a Brand new property with all facilities due to its location is in the heart of HOLY CITY... V comfortable stay..
