Hotel Star Inn

I was traveling from another city, and after a long and tiring journey — including changing 2–3 rickshaws as drivers were unwilling to go to that location — it took us nearly two hours to find and reach the hotel. However, upon arrival, I was extremely disappointed. The hotel looked completely different from the photos displayed on your website. The rooms were unclean, uncomfortable, and suffocating, and the overall condition of the property, including the hotel service, was very poor and unsafe. The staff’s behavior was also unwelcoming.

Worst place you can ever be in your life you may feel like living hell really bad room to much smell you might vomit 🤮 no proper pillow and dirty bedsheet and broken toilet seats and while bathing water leaks into the room and very rude employees if you say for geyser they will say who uses geyser at this time if you want to use pay extra they turn off they ac after every few mins to save electricity really the worst experience anyone can have I would rather sleep on bench plssss do not see the photos and rate on the site and book pay 100-200 extra but take a nice hotel plss

Poor hygiene, they shutdown the Ac in night without asked for, you have to tell them to switch on AC in every 3 hours , bed sheets are not clean bathrooms are poor hotel attendant nature is polite and good

Due to the current situation at kashmir, I cancelled my trip and I had a day halt in Amritsar, and I had booked a room in this hotel. Now they are refusing to refund any of the payment neither full nor partially. They have not sent any terms and conditions regarding cancellation at the time of booking.

I had booked 2 rooms in this hotel based on images on website. But all the images are clicked in WIDE ANGLE and the rooms are very small in reality. The washroom has hardly any place to stand. The rooms were not clean and the bed had bugs. We had to cancel the booking and were not given refunds. Our calls for the same were ignored. WORST EXPERIENCE. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Third Class Hotel. All reviews are fake. Don't trust them. I have done online booking in 10 days advance. Before 2 days of check in they called me told me we have allotted your room to others. You can find other hotels. Really third class hotel. Don't book it.
