Extremely sad and bad experience.Right from the gate you are bound to get upset. Rooms are comparatively better. A classic room although pricewise higher,it doesn't compensate for what you pay and you find no space to even turn around inside the room. Make my trip and OYO should delist the hotel. The hotel even does not supply the basic drinking water in the rooms.

no cab or auto drops there. Very small rooms with stinky and low lighting. Blanket was smelling. No toiletteries were provided. Overall it was bad experience.Not expected this …wasn't as pleasant as expected. We had to wake up hotel staff for hot water and literally have to wait around 2 hours for hot water, which eventually was next to cold.Very old and dusty furniture and rooms. Do believe oyo photos. All staged up. The bathrooms were not clean. The only positive is location but beware no parking available. You might have to park out of the congested city around Amritsar. Not value for money. TV do not work also. Find something else if you can

The staff was humble and co-operative but the hotel itself was not equipped to take care of its guests during cold season. There was no quilt for the 3rd quests, only very basic blanket. I could only survive there because of some additional warm clothes that I was wearing during my sleep time.||The breakfast was served in open plates, not covering it in a coaster or with aluminium foil. The hotel need to uplift its service standards.||All hotel rooms are of the same size, no matter you choose Deluxe or Classic. Also, they offer only Parantha or Bread butter with tea in breakfast, in case breakfast is inclusive in your booking.

This is probably the worst place I’ve ever stayed in. Filthy room and bathroom. Disgusting bedding. I had to sleep on top fully clothed. Very rude unhelpful lady manager. I booked and paid for two nights but had to move after one. Breakfast was supposed to be included but it was not offered but I wouldn’t have taken a chance on it. STEER WELL CLEAR

I would rate them 0 if i had an option. No heaters in the hotel in 4°c - 7°c temperature outside. That is just ridiculous. If they had a portable heater i wouldn't even mind paying for it, but nope not even that. I booked the hotel for 1 day/night but had to spend all my day at random cafes/restaurants to get the warmth since my room was freezing with all our mattress and blankets feeling ice cold. I have never experienced such a disappointment ever before. Not to forget the yelling and banging sounds in and around the hotel early in the morning. I regret paying extra for early check-in 🤮

Perhaps this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Dirty room, dirty furnitures, dirty bathroom. The hotel is nearest to Golden Temple but my one night stay at this hotel was horror. I hesitated to sit on the bed. Hair were spreaded on the blankets; bed sheets were not clean. I asked for clean bedsheet. Walls were also not clean. The hotel is not totally maintained well. I had complementary breakfast in my booking, the hotel boy asked me for 50/- for two cups of tea which I ordered as breakfast; though I didn't pay that. Overall I totally not recommend this hotel.

I booked hotel through make my trip. When I reached their they said that the breakfast is not included in my booking.though it was included, they denied giving breakfast. I showed him my booking details but they did not bother.they asked me to contact make my trip. The even did not provide Tolieteries Induction Clean towel Wifi Intercom Mineral Water, Kitchenette, I stayed in the hotel from 3rd Jan 2023 to 5th jan 2023 I will suggest all not to go in this Oyo rooms in life. I want my money back
