Iam 69 year old pre book hotel with advance payment & confirm late-night pick up from airport.0n 18 December After reaching to hotel night 12.30 the two staff member come to my room they both are drink alcohol. Start unwanted herrasment shouting loudly. I told him I am leaving hotel they try fighting with me then third Pearson come forcely take out them. That's very dangerous night for me.

When we arrived at this hotel we asked receptionist that we will stay here for three days but the receptionist girl didn’t gave us the full details that the hotel is already booked and the group will arrive tomorrow despite it she gave us the room and next day the boy at the reception said you have to leave the hotel and gave us clear warning and then we say we can’t leave because you guys didn’t gave us the full detail then the receptionist girl didn’t feel sorry about her mistake and threatened me by her rude words…. I felt very wrong at this situation and also the services and the behaviour of this hotel is not too good

Guys beware of this hotel. I don't know on what basis people have given good reviews to this hotel. My personal experience with this hotel was pathetic. Below are the list of bad experiences i had with this hotel when i stayed in this hotel on 23-25 August. 1. Rooms were small. 2. The main door of the room didn't had any latch. 3. Fan was not working. Only option was AC. Old people who are not used to AC had to suffer. 4. No ventilation. 5. Hotel doesn't have its own kitchen. They get food from some outside vendors. So if you order something to eat you have to wait for almost 1 hr to get your food. 6. Geyser was not working. For both the days we took bath with cold water. 7. Beds were uncomfortable. 8. Breakfast had only 2 options. N top of it no coffee, u have to drink tea. If you ask for coffee then it is chargeable because in complimentary breakfast only tea is inclusive. After telling all this complaints to the hotel manager, he gave excuses of not having other rooms to give it to us. He didn't have anyone to repair that door latch. He said geyser is an electronic thing n it can get spoiled any moment. The manager spoilt our entire 2days stay in amritsar. Least helpful and zero hospitality! The only good thing about this hotel is that it is 2 mins walking distance from golden temple. Rest everything is just below average. Guys don't fall for such wrong hotels just by looking at their pictures or because they have a less price range. Choose wisely and dont spoil ur stay.
