Annapurna Inn

I recently stayed at Annapurna Inn, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional, making check-in smooth and quick. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and had all the amenities I needed — comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom with great water pressure.

Pathetic rooms and their service. Everywhere insects and dirt. We stayed here for 2 days but and ask multiple times room service for room cleaning but no one ready to clean their responsed was we no is here to clean and we cleaned for after 2days only. Very rude and unprofessional service.

The rooms are big, clean. Beds are massive. Wardrobe, sofa, chair, table, etc. are included in the rooms. 24x7 wifi & filtered water availability. They don't have a restaurant, but do have a food delivery service if you want. Western toilet is there. They have a regular basis rooms cleaning service as well. The best part is that the hotel's staffs are very generous and helpful. In case you're facing any difficulty at your stay, they are more than eager to help you. The beach is very close to the hotel. The beach is less crowded here. Auto/Toto service is available just outside the hotel. Restaurants, stationery shops are just within a touching distance.

I stayed this hotel from 17th June 2024 to 20th june 2024 it was not good experience at all ,the condition of the ac was very poor the ac could not work properly it takes huge time for cooling the room does not clean properly last but not the least was condition of bathroom was horrible the flash of the comod does not work for that's reason we use bucket instead of flash. We paid 1500 per day for double bedded ac room it was not value for money. The behaviour of staff was good, sea beach is just 100m away from the hotel.

Staff Behavior: One of the most disheartening aspects of my stay was the subpar behavior exhibited by the hotel staff. From check-in to check-out, there was a noticeable lack of hospitality and courtesy. Requests for information or assistance were met with indifference, making the overall experience feel unwelcoming. Amenities Oversight: One of the fundamental expectations from any hotel is the provision of basic amenities. Unfortunately, Annapurna Resort failed to meet this standard. Surprisingly, the staff neglected to provide plates and bowls when I wished to enjoy outside food in my room. This oversight added unnecessary inconvenience to my stay and reflected poorly on the hotel's attention to guest needs. Cleanliness Concerns: Cleanliness is paramount when it comes to choosing accommodation. Regrettably, Annapurna Resort fell short in this regard as well. The room I was assigned to lacked the meticulous cleanliness one would expect from a reputable establishment. Stains on the linens and questionable hygiene standards were evident, creating a sense of discomfort throughout my stay. Communication Gap: Effective communication is key to a positive guest experience. Unfortunately, Annapurna Resort struggled in this aspect as well. Information regarding hotel policies, services, and local recommendations was not readily available. This lack of communication contributed to a sense of disorientation and hindered my ability to fully enjoy the amenities the hotel claimed to offer. Conclusion: In conclusion, my stay at Annapurna Resort was far from satisfactory. The combination of indifferent staff behavior, oversight in providing basic amenities, cleanliness concerns, and a communication gap left me with a negative impression of the establishment. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the management to address these issues and improve the overall guest experience at Annapurna Resort.

The rooms were decent. They needed to clean their bed sheet properly before any guest checks in and they also need to provide some welcome drink or even a bottle of water. Overall, leaving this aside the hotel is good for unmarried couples, family and friends. Loved it

The room was cozy and comfortable. The AC,TV and Gererater were working perfectly. The staff were soft spoken and helpful.The breakfast served was tasty.The location of the Inn is quite close to the beach. There were restaurants and other facilities nearby. The stay was pleasant.
