Treebo Sidhartha International Baliapanda

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. To begin with, there was no running water in the washroom, which is a basic necessity for any guest. The bedsheets were visibly dirty and stained, the pillows and pillowcases were unhygienic, and the bathroom tiles were filthy, giving the entire room a neglected and unsanitary feel. The food quality was equally appalling. The tea was undrinkable, the breakfast was cold, poorly prepared, and completely inedible. Hygiene standards in the dining area were far below even the most minimal expectations. Overall, this property fails on every basic standard of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. It is unacceptable for a hotel to operate in such a state. I would strongly advise against booking a stay here. Far from temple and main road.

I stayed here with my family for 2 days. Rooms are okay. It does not meet with the standards with the name International. Broken washroom door, no table for aged people it was quite disappointing. Otherwise staff behaviour is good. Supportive and helps you with smile. Food is very nice as compared to other hotels near Puri Golden Sand beach area.

We as family stayed at this hotel last week ....The advantage of this hotel is that it is very close to the beach ,the light house and the jagannath temple and many more important attractions . On the flipside this hotel is situated in the bylanes and getting to an autorickshaw or cab can get painful at odd hours....even if one somhow gets to hitch one they charge exorbitantly . The inhouse restaurant served the complimentary breakfast very hot and was tasty enough .......although not a very variety spread put out , but what distinctively stood out is the service of jhuna bahera and vibha who went all out to make our menu much of a delight . The restaurant could have been much more better with better lighting or ventilation. The housekeeping staff were doing their best but then maybe because of the continuous rain outside it was a big challenge for them to keep the hotel floors dry and neat. The security staff on all the three days at the gates seemed a little lethargic though. Overall a great stay and woundup with a promise that we shall return to the same hotel the next time we are in puri .

We stayed in hotel 9th September to 13 th September 25 in this hotel with family. All staff behaviour is very nice and polite. But we stayed in special superior room #211 at first floor. Room metress is not soft and bedsheet and comfort also very old and shineless. Both room hv TV connection but in only bedroom tv fitted and also problem so they changed. No fridge in room. But Restaurant service is very nice breakfast was served by Ms. JHUNA & Ms SONALI. Both are very polite and homely behave with us. Breakfast also good but bangali test.. and they served omlet and sandwich on our demand.so restorant gets 4**** from us. All staff behaviour is very nice and polite room service also very nice. Location wise property is inside so no sightseen view available. In short budget wise hotel is good if you want full luxurious demand than you will be not satisfied. Thanks. Jitendra Modi. Location: This place is far from the places of interest, and towards the end of puri beach. Its will coat you 300INR every time you decide to go to temple from here. So it’s better to spend a little extra and take one near the temple and main beach. Rooms: The building is old and dilapidated. Walls are leaky, bathroom doors get stuck. Menu food can be stale. Chair cushions. Bed linens are dirty and spoiled. Staff: Most of the staff is polite expect the manager, who behaves like a district collector😂. On complaints the staff replaces the spoiled bedsheets with other spoiled bedsheets. We had to spend half a day to get them to change them with clean new sheets. Final experience: Regret, uncomfortable and inconvenienced. Always look for hotels in 2-3km radius from temple. Pay the same amount for a better hotel or even a bit extra as you save on transport. Unfortunately treebo quality of hotels has gone down. It’s not worth the premium amount you pay.

Absolutely horrible stay! The hotel had no water in the washroom, which made it impossible to even freshen up. The bedsheets were dirty and stained, and the pillow and pillowcases looked like they hadn’t been washed in ages. The bathroom tiles were filthy and full of grime – clearly no cleaning is done here. The food was the worst I’ve ever had at any hotel. The tea tasted stale, breakfast was cold and tasteless, and overall hygiene in the dining area was highly questionable. With so many hygiene issues, I felt completely uncomfortable staying here. Definitely the worst hotel experience – avoid this place at all

The rooms are spacious....the complimentary breakfast was good..... The serving time included Jhuna and Sonali who are pretty much attentive towards serving the guests

One of the worst experience ever. If you don't mind sleeping on the bed used by someone else, this is the place for you. The bedsheets were soiled, with suspicious stains, rooms stank of sweat and cheap cleaning products. Shower didn't work, all faucets leaked. We were a group of 5 and had booked 3 Rooms (Room 201,202 and 203). Eash topped the other one on how badly kept it was. Please don't fall for swanky photographa on its page. It may have looked like this when it was first open decades ago. A bit disappointed that Treebo still does out it's brand. Suggest reviewing you association with it. Or send someone to review the facilities offered. AVOID- unless you like filth and mismagement. I have photos, if you want me to share...
