The staff was extremely polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Room service was quick. The highlight of my stay was the hospitality. I truly felt welcomed and taken care of. Would definitely recommend this hotel to families, couples, and business travelers. Looking forward to visiting again.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. There is no room service, and even basic drinking water is not provided by the staff. When I asked if I could purchase water, they still didn’t have any available. The hotel has a kitchen, but they refused to provide even a plate to eat. Overall, it was one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. Although room is very good.

Our recent stay at Hotel Radha Rani in Puri was an absolute delight, a stark and wonderful contrast to some of the older reviews we had seen online. It's clear that the management has taken feedback to heart and truly invested in a top-to-bottom transformation of their hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and professionalism were evident. Check-in was swift and seamless, and we were immediately impressed by the sparkling clean lobby. Our room was a perfect example of this improved focus on quality. It was spotless, with fresh, crisp linens and a wonderfully comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, providing a much-needed respite from the Puri heat, and the bathroom was impeccably clean with all the necessary amenities. We had a beautiful view from our window, and the overall ambiance was one of tranquility and comfort. The improved hospitality was what truly set this experience apart. The room service was prompt and the food from the in-house restaurant was simple, delicious, and very well-prepared. The staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, were always smiling and ready to help. A special mention to the concierge who provided excellent local recommendations for dining and temple visits, making our pilgrimage to the Jagannath Temple even more memorable. Their genuine desire to ensure our comfort was palpable.
