Horribly pathetic, this hotel staffs and the owner are morale less cheats. I had booking with them from 24-25 October. On reaching, they mentioned they don’t hav in campus parking, even though they mentioned parking space available on booking platform. They assured of safe parking on roadside outside the campus, with complete hesitance we parked our car there on their assurance. But for our surprise, morning when we came down, our car was rammed by some vehicle overnite and the staffs completely sighed away stating this not their responsibility. To our surprise, they justified stating 99%hotel in Puri is having outside parking and these things are completely normal to happen, we can go and do whatever we want. They didn’t have a camera covering the area where they made us park the vehicle. We made the call to the owner, he was equally inhuman, he is mentioning, these are normal, you are travelling with family and kid, see what you want to do, move on with travel, or pick up a fight at a place unknown to you. Additionally, they updated status as no show at the booking platform so that we can not update review. They are just not eligible to be in service /hospitality industry, and should be debarred.

I was travelling with a family of 3 and we made a booking at this place. They had assured of parking space available and we went by that but on reaching they mentioned no in campus parking space and we have to park on the roadside. We with all apprehension went ahead with their assurance if it being safe. However, morning for our surprise we see the vehicle rammed by someone and completely dented. I had a flight to catch from Bhubaneswar, so I had to move but the hotel staff and owner were rude to the family and threatened them in name of unknown place and they travelling with kid and family and stating that this is normal in Puri, as 99% hotels don’t have parking space.Utterly unprofessional./

The name has changed to Bollywood 2.0 so it was a bit difficult to locate upon arriving at the destination. Also upon booking from the app booking.com we were informed that the rooms were sold out. Hence we had to stay someplace else. It was a lot of inconvenience.

Booked through Agoda. Booked Deluxe room and when checked in they provided non ac room stating that is deluxe room. Canceled my online booking and charged same amount. Provided room with used bedsheets and towel was in bad condition. Room and bathroom was not cleaned. Hotel staffs were not cooperative.Parking available on road. Not recommend for any one to stay

Very dirty, no maintenance, no hot water facility, we were given tap water in an unsealed water bottle, stinking blankets, and shaky, noisy cots, which was all powder falling from the wood. And by default, most hotels in Puri have checkout time of 7am, which is ridiculous. Such high price for such pathetic rooms and service.

A legal action needs to be taken against the Hotel Ashis Puri property since it's a fraud and we are not yet refunded the deserved amount from last 3months. Several QR code has been shared in a different contacts number but yet no response. The hotel authority is not answering the phone calls.

The room was well decorated and very neatly cleaned. The hotel staffs were well behaved and the best thing is that the shree Jaganath mandir is easily visible from the balcony. Last but not the least if you go by your car you can park it inside the hotel boundary.

Worst experience, they tell including breakfast but at the hotel no break fast is given, the rooms are tiny and the location of hotel is far away from city limits. Please don't book
