Hotel Golden Dust Royal

I went there some days back with my family, we booked the presidential suit of the hotel and I found it quiet value for money and the location is just amazing. Service was good and most important thing I left some stuff in the hotel room later on when I called Mr. Amit he made sure that I will get it back at my place through courier. I can't even say in words how happy I am. And thank u team it was a good experience in Golden Dust.

Smelly rooms, dirty bed sheets, towels and blankets, damp floors with insects everywhere. The hotel staff is the worst you could imagine. They first agree to you and then say that "we are not responsible" . And talk to our owner who doesn't even live there, and only the staff can contact him. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Reply to your response: First of all learn to write proper English if you are replying to guest reviews. I can't understand what you said. Also learn how to behave with your guests when they stay at your hotel and ask your staffs to learn proper behaviour. And provide proper services.

The hotel is at the best location. Directly in front of the beach. The room's balcony gives a very good view of the sea. Only drawbacks are poor maintenance of the property and poor service. Everything has to be asked for. Service people are not responsible at all. Overall if you want a budget friendly sea facing stay just in front of the beach, it is a good choice

Perfect place for relaxing to avoid crowds and peaceful sea- bath. Well maintenance with good service. Staff members are very polite. Food quality is no dobt very good. Very recently We stayed 4 nights (9 to 12 March 2023).

Low rating for various reasons. Rooms and bathrooms are stinky. Lunch and dinner cannot be provided if food ordered after 1 pm and 9 pm respectively. Unprofessional executives. Property not maintained properly. Overall not recommended. Plz don't go by the price list you will repent. 2500/- per room in weekend no worth.

This is the most under rated sea facing hotel located 300mt from the lighthouse. For many it might be a disadvantage but if you are looking for peace and want to avoid crowds- this place is perfect. Moreover here the crowd in the beache are decent too. You can easily get auto, toto, buses from the hotel gate easily, we came back to hotel at 11PM by paying only 50Rs to the TOTO. (Without bargaining) . Also our train was early morning at around 5:45AM and we easily got auto for the same which cost us 250Rs. Coming to the hotel and service, I must say that pretty good and above average for sure. The good part is they are just a call away and the young staff of this hotel is always ready to help. Food quality is good, my parents loved the food and we had lunches, dinner and breakfast. Quality and taste wise pretty good and price was unexpectedly reasonable. In the same location, NRS Royal, Bay Suits, Niladri hotel will cost you 3000-7000 per night but you can get an AC deluxe room at 1600-1800 where side sea facing will cost you less than 2000. Will suggest calling their reception to get some good discounts and quality service. Overall a great experience for my family. I look forward to our next stay here at The Golden Dust Royal.

After seeing the review from here , we booked the suite room for 2 nights. We didn't expected that the services and hospitality would be so fabulous 😍😍. Hotel Manager Mr. Amit Patra's concern for us is indescribable. Along with that staffs were polite and decent.

I loved to stay here. It was an awsome experience. The staffs are very cooperative and helpful. The service and their response was too good. The room and the other amenities were all perfect. Food was awesome. The location and the ambience was too good. It was a worthy and wonderful experience.
