Rooms are nicely designed.. room service staffs also very good & well behaviour ... Reception staffs also copretive... Hotel has the traveler also......

Receptionist or manager not cooperative, they even took charg of children under the age of eight . I asked many time but they didn't agree with us. We were checked in midnight and we're not given any extension for check out. They said we have to check out in by 8am or else we will be charged

Please don't visit this place.If you are travelling solo,then this place is definitely not good for you because they will try to demand extra money and they treat you very weirdly.

Receptionist or manager not cooperative. we are booked 2 room in 2 days and after check out delay only 1.30 hrs he charged fine.

The hotel is like à guest house and located just near the puri railway station at a walkable distance. Stayed for a day. Following are the observation:- (a). Reached at 03:00 AM .....the gate was closed and reception was not there... Don't expect that reception would be open 24 hours. The watchman was sleeping and open the gate after knocking 5-6 times. Bad reception. (b). They demand full money during check IN despite of paid advance money to them. For this the watchman may argue with u. (c). The lobby of hotel was full of mosquitoes. Very uncomfortable. (d). The room provided by them was not hygienic as the bed sheet and floor was dirty. They don't even change the bed sheet after approaching them. They simply reply that they don't have any bed sheet now and it's 3:00 AM. (e). AC provided in room is not in control of guest. It gets on/off from reception and not no remote was provided to control the temperature. (f). Bed was also not comfortable and giving unnecessary sound while sleeping on changing side during sleep. (g). Bathroom was quite average. (h). The hotel don't have any food restaurant.. as tea is being provided by cleaner at double cost from out side shop. (i). They give my Adhaar Card in afternoon after photocopy , submitted to them at 3:00AM during Check IN. (j) Full day, I didn't see any other person other than watchman at reception. They make their money on the basis of situation. Stat was not upto mark as comparison to money paid. Overall stay was not good and thus I give 2 star to them.
