Hotel Kasi's Castle

Hi everyone I would to take a min to share my experience at this hotel, where the staff uncle in pink T-shirt in the image is very rude and have behaviour issue I stayed here with my family. But the experience given by this man is horrible.The tone of the person is very rude.Also while check out he demanded more money . Initially he told for AC room cost is 1500 pet bed but while check out he demanded 2500/per room per bed, which is not a fair thing for a coustomer perspective. He argued with my family members as well, which gives me very poor experience.I would not recommend for suggest to stay here at any cost for a single minute. Zero rating for this hotel.

This hotel is so cool. Really I like it, I stayed in the hotel with my joint family and they also loved it, rooms were so clean and service was so good and the location is superb....

Behaviour issue of the staff, demanding more money at the time of exit. Very pathetic experience never, ever recommend to anyone.
